Following Israel Defense Forces (IDF) reports of an “Al-Qaeda/Islamic State training and inspiration booklet” found on a militant involved in Hamas’ invasion of Israel, SITE is reissuing its report on this booklet. The document—dated 2003, per the Israeli government—details the plots and strategies of notorious al-Qaeda-linked terrorist Ramzi Yousef. SITE’s March 1, 2010 report follows. A 30-page document distributed on a jihadi forum details the “genius” plots of 1993 World Trade Center bomber Ramzi Yousef, including ones aimed to assassinate Bill Clinton, Benazir Bhutto, and Pope John Paul II. The booklet, attributed to jihadi explosives expert Abdullah Dhu al-Bajadin, was posted to the al-Fallujah jihadist forum on February 27, 2010.
Bajadin is a recognized explosives expert in the online jihadist community. He had previously authored a study of Dhiren Barot (AKA Issa al-Hindi), examining his plot to target financial institutions. Ramzi Yousef was convicted of masterminding the 1993 World Trade Center bombing and for his role in the Bojinka Plot, which entailed a plan to blow up twelve airliners flying from Asia to the United States.
The message introducing the text lauds Ramzi Yousef as a “genius” and as the individual who “fired the first shot for battles on the land of the distant enemy.”
Bajadin provides an index for his study, which includes items about the 1993 bombing and the aforementioned assassination plots, in addition to Yousef’s involvement with Abu Sayyaf Group in the Philippines and the attempt to blow up the Israeli embassy in Thailand.

Peace be upon you, my mujahideen brothers.
The Brigades of the Highest Paradise (One of the Brigades from the Brigades of the Global Islamic Front for Jihad Against the Jews and the Crusaders) (al-Qaeda) is pleased to present, the march of a genius of modern jihad, an example of represents the military theory of “sleeper cells” or “army of one.” We could not find a better example to explain those jihadi military theories other than through mentioning the march of the genius of explosives and the resource of jihad who is convicted to a 240 year jail sentence in the United States, the mujahid, Ramzi Yousef, who fired the first shot for battles on the land of the distant enemy.
It is he about whom explosives experts in the United States said, “Ramzi Yousef is a unique genius of explosives.”
Neil Herman, chief of the investigation team in New York, said: “It is a sure thing that he will be listed amongst the top men in bombings for of all time.”
The American judge who convicted him, Kevin Duffy, said: “Ramzi Yousef is the most dangerous ‘terrorist’ the world has known since the seventies. No other person matches him in terms of the frequency of operations he conducted, with the exception of Carlos.”

A rumor was spread in 2007M by an American satellite network that the mujahid brother, Ramzi Yousef, converted to Christianity. This is all nonsense and you are not unknowing of what happens in the Crusader prisons of the United States in terms of torture and punishment. The mujahid, Ramzi Yousef, is locked up in a maximum security prison of the United States, together with Zacarias Moussaoui and the brother mujahid, Richard Reid (the shoe bomber). We ask Allah to make them firm in the Islamic faith, as was the case with the Companion, Ammar bin Yassir, when he announced infidelity after he was severely tortured. Thereafter Allah the Almighty revealed: “Whoever disbelieved in Allah after his belief, except him who is forced thereto and whose heart is at rest with Faith…” [From An-Nahl 16:106]
