The Army of al-Sunnah Wal Jama’a Announces its Intention to Join the Mujahideen Shura Council, which is Accepted by the Council

During this past weekend of January 28-29, 2006, correspondence between the Army of al-Sunnah Wal Jama’a and the Mujahideen Shura Council in Iraq via the Internet entailed the former announcing its request to join the Council, already composed of six groups including al-Qaeda in Iraq and the Victorious Army Group, and the acceptance into the collaboration.
