For example, a Telegram channel named after the terror tactics section of the IS’ Rumiyah Magazine, “Just Terror,” posted in English:
Londoners now living in a state of terror and fear
Crusading #brits now living in a state of terror and fear! Where is your great Kingdom now?
Here are the black days we have promised you
What is coming will be more bitter and severe insha'Allah
This is Just Terror, Oh Crusader! Tidings of further calamities!
Tonight in #London, Tomorrow? Keep in suspense....
Three attacks in one hour hit #London. We are coming for you from Iraq and Sham!
Security leaders meet in old London. What have your previous meeting acheived?
Other channels redistributed the poster from Nashir News Agency urging lone wolves in the West to kill civilians during the Islamic holy month of Ramadan via trucks, knives, and guns:

As promised, they were attacked again! And what comes next will be more severe, by Allahs permission.
Further, the channel “Uways al-Khilafah” celebrated with Arabic postings, and emboldened by the second attack in England less than two weeks, wrote:
Britain, be happy with what will harm you, for you are now caught in the jaws of the lone wolves…
By Allah you will pay a high price, and what you are witnessing today is nothing but the beginning of the end of your empty kingdom. This is a small portion from your heavy bill that awaits you O Jews and Crusaders. Behold and wait, for we have come to you with men who love death the same way you love life, and whose drink is blood and their companions are body parts. They promised Allah that they will tear you to pieces and draw closer to Him in earnest by beheading you, dispersing your shredded bodies, and crushing your skulls. Indeed, the blood of the Muslims that was shed will not go in vain. You are striking us from the air by your planes and dropping the lava of your missiles, cruise rockets, and poisonous bombs over us, and we are striking your homes with our terror and responding to you with our hell and we will destroy you, kill you, and shake the earth beneath your feet inside your own homes. And by He who lifted the skies without pillars, you will never dream of safety until we are living it in realty in Palestine.
The news is what you see and not what you hear.
The grandchildren of Khaled are coming O Jews, so hold on to your necks, prepare your funeral shrouds, write your wills, and say goodbye to your families, for the battle has yet to begin.
