The Taliban issued four communiqués between Thursday, July 27, 2006 and today, Monday, July 31, describing the operations executed by its Mujahideen from Monday, July 24, through Sunday, July 30.
Following reports from the news media Sunday, June 4, 2006, of Canadian police uncovering a terrorist cell in Toronto composed of seventeen suspects, allegedly inspired by al-Qaeda, and who accumulated a significant amount of explosives, members of jihadist forums, both of the Arabic and English language variety, voiced their opinion that the incident was fabricated.
The Taliban issued a communiqué today, June 6, 2006, describing their “harvest” of military operations between Thursday, June 1, 2006, and the following Saturday, June 3, announcing operations executed in several provinces of Afghanistan targeted American, Afghani, Canadian and NATO forces.
